Abstract:Objective: Analysis and evaluation of orthopedic surgery I type incision perioperative use of antimicrobial drugs. Method: Taken in November 2008 -2009 was discharged in April of 120 cases of orthopedic surgical incision in patients with Class I medical records, summary of the use of antibacterial drugs and statistical analysis. Result : I-type incision surgery preoperative medication rate 21.7%, after the rate of 100% medication. Followed by the use of the frequency of the first generation of the first hold 3,4 streptozotocin, 2 on behalf of the first hold streptozotocin, lincomycin category, aminoglycosides, quinolones, penicillins, macrolides. Conclusion : Orthopedic surgical incision I type, there are some indications of perioperative medication lax grasp, after the preventive use of antimicrobial agents for too long, the use of antimicrobial agents, as well as the use of excessive amount of unreasonable and so on.
