骨科Ⅰ类切口手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用分析

Orthopedic Surgery in Patients with I-type Incision Perioperative Analysis of Antimicrobial Drug Use

摘要:

目的 :分析评价骨科Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物使用情况。 方法 :抽取2008年11月~2009年04月出院的骨科120例Ⅰ类切口手术患者病历,汇总抗菌药物使用情况,并进行统计分析。 结果 :Ⅰ类切口手术术前用药率21.7%,术后用药率100%。使用频度依次为第3,4代头孢菌素、2代头孢菌素、林可霉素类、氨基糖甙类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类、大环内酯类。术前平均用药时间3.2 d,最少1 d,最多10 d;术后平均用药时间8.8 d,最少3 d,最多17 d。 结论 :骨科Ⅰ类切口手术存在一些围手术期用药指征把握不严,术后预防性使用抗菌药物时间过长,抗菌药物用法、用量不合理以及用药过度等问题。

Abstract:

Objective: Analysis and evaluation of orthopedic surgery I type incision perioperative use of antimicrobial drugs. Method: Taken in November 2008 -2009 was discharged in April of 120 cases of orthopedic surgical incision in patients with Class I medical records, summary of the use of antibacterial drugs and statistical analysis. Result : I-type incision surgery preoperative medication rate 21.7%, after the rate of 100% medication. Followed by the use of the frequency of the first generation of the first hold 3,4 streptozotocin, 2 on behalf of the first hold streptozotocin, lincomycin category, aminoglycosides, quinolones, penicillins, macrolides. The average time for pre-operative medication 3.2 days, at least 1 day, up to 10 days; after 8.8 days on average use of time, at least three days, a maximum of 17 days. Conclusion : Orthopedic surgical incision I type, there are some indications of perioperative medication lax grasp, after the preventive use of antimicrobial agents for too long, the use of antimicrobial agents, as well as the use of excessive amount of unreasonable and so on.
