Objective: To develop a HPLC method for bilirubin in mongolia drug sanchen pill. Method: The analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm)and mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-1%glacial acetic acid(88 ∶10 ∶2)with a flow rate of 1 mL ·min-1 detection wavelenth was at 453 nm. Result: Bilirubin was linar in hte range of 0.0118-0.472 μg (r=0.999),RSD 1.86%. Conclusion: The method is qiuck simple and reproducible for the determination of bilirubin in mongolia drug sanchen pill.
