Abstract:Objective: To select optimal molding technique of Aitongxiao granules by orthogonal design. Method: The main influential factors of the molding technique included the proportion between mixed subsidiary materials, CMC-NA dosage, ethanol concentration. Conditions of the molding were evaluated with formation rate, hygroscopic and color uniformity as indexes. The optimal technique of Aitongxiao granules was selected by L9(34) orthogonal design. Result: The best molding technique was that the proportion between mixed subsidiary materials (dextrin to soluble starch) was 2 ∶1, 2%CMC-NA, the wetting agent was 85% alcohol. Conclusion: The forming technology is feasible,stable,reasonable and reproducible and can serve as theoretic basis for industrial production.
