血竭中血竭素的提取方法比较

Comparative Study on Extraction of Dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis

摘要:

目的: 优化血竭药材的提取方法。 方法: 以血竭素的含量为指标,采用HPLC比较浸渍法、索氏提取法和超临界CO₂萃取 (SFE-CO₂)法对血竭药材的提取效果。 结果: SFE-CO₂得到的血竭素含量较高。 结论 :SFE-CO₂适用于血竭的提取。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish the techniques for the extraction of dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis. Method: With the content of dracorhodin as the index, observations were made on the effect of different methods of extraction by HPLC. Result: High content of dracorhodin was obtained by SFE-CO₂ relatively. Conclusion: SFE-CO₂ is a workable technique for the extraction of dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis.
