Optimization of Extraction Technology for Lovastatin from Monascus purpureus by Orthogonal Test

摘要:

目的: 优选红曲中洛伐他汀的提取工艺。 方法: 以干膏得率和洛伐他汀转移率的综合评分为指标,选取提取次数、提取时间、乙醇体积分数和乙醇用量为考察因素,采用L₉(3⁴)正交试验法优选提取工艺条件。 结果: 最佳提取工艺为6倍量95%乙醇回流提取2次,每次0.5 h。 结论: 该优选工艺合理、稳定可行,有效成分洛伐他汀提取率高。

Abstract:

Objective:To optimize extraction technology of lovastatin from Monascus purpureus. Method: With composite score of yield of dry extract and transfer rate of lovastatin as index,taking extraction times, extraction time, the concentration and amount of ethanol as factors, extraction technology of lovastatin from M. purpureus was optimized by L₉ (3⁴) orthogonal test. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows:reflux extracted 2 times with 6 times the amount of 95% ethanol,0.5 h per time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was feasible, stable and reasonable with high yield of lovastatin.
