Determination of Mangiferin in Yunfu Qinghuo Pills by HPLC

摘要:

目的: 建立孕妇清火丸中芒果苷的含量测定方法。 方法: 采用高效液相色谱法,Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C₁₈色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长258 nm。 结果: 芒果苷在0.053 50~0.374 5 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.22%,RSD 1.15%(n=6)。 结论: 该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于孕妇清火丸的质量控制。

Abstract:

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of mangiferin in Yunfu Qinghuo pills. Method: Using HPLC,chromatographic conditions:the chromatographic system consisted of Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C₁₈ column,using acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid glacial (15∶85) as mobile phase.The content was detected at a wavelength of 258 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Result: Mangiferin was linear in the range of 0.053 50-0.374 5 μg(r=0.999 8),the average recovery was 99.22% and RSD was 1.15%(n=6). Conolusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the determination of the content of mangiferin in Yunfu Qinghuo Pills.
