目的: 王晓峰教授继承著名心脑血管病专家沈宝藩教授的学术思想,结合自己多年治疗心衰的临床经验,依据扶正祛邪的原则组方芪红散治疗心衰经验阐述。 方法: 根据心衰基本病机是本虚标实,虚实夹杂,本虚是心气(阳)虚,标实是血瘀、痰饮的原理组方芪红散。芪红散具有益气活血,温阳化痰利水功效,用于治疗心气(阳)亏虚,血瘀痰饮型心衰患者。 结果: 芪红散中益气活血药物能增加冠脉血流量,调整心肌代谢,降低氧耗,增强机体耐缺氧能力,改善微循环,使患者左室功能得到改善,活血化瘀药多具有扩血管作用,同时还有改善血液流变特性;利水渗湿药则类似西药利尿剂等。 结论: 芪红散具有不同程度降低基础心率、提高左心室射血分数的作用,能提高病人实际生活能力及生活质量,在心衰患者的体能恢复中显示出明显优势,是改善心衰症状的有效药物。
