Optimization of Flash Extraction Technology for Fresh Rehmannia glutinosa

摘要:

目的: 优选鲜地黄的闪式提取工艺。 方法: 以梓醇及干膏得量为评价指标,选取提取时间、提取次数及溶剂用量为考察因素,通过单因素试验及正交试验优选闪式提取工艺。采用RP-HPLC测定指标成分含量。 结果: 最佳闪式提取工艺为加3倍量95%乙醇提取1次,提取时间3 min。 结论: 优选的工艺快速、合理。

Abstract:

Objective:To optimize flash extraction technology of fresh Rehmannia glutinosa. Method: With catalpol and yield of dry extract as indexes,extraction time,extraction times and solvent consumption were chosen as factors,flash extraction technology of fresh R. glutinosa was optimized by orthogonal test and single factor test.The content of indicator ingredients was determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum flash extraction process was:extrated 1 times with 3 times the amount of 95% ethanol,extraction time of 3 minutes. Conclusion: This optimized process was fast,scientific and reasonable.
