    摘要:

    目的: 分析比较山绿茶茎和叶中挥发油成分。 方法: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取山绿茶茎和叶的挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用法对这2个部位挥发油成分进行对比研究,并用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对含量。 结果: 从山绿茶茎中鉴定出24个成分,占挥发油总量的94.97%;从叶中鉴定出33个成分,占挥发油总量的98.48%。茎与叶挥发油成分中均含有的化合物有:糠醛、2,4-已二烯、(Z)-2,6-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯、乙酸己酯、双戊烯、正辛醇、顺-α, α-5-三甲基-5-乙烯基四氢化呋喃-2-甲醇、萜品油烯、芳樟醇、α-松油醇、β-环柠檬醛、橙花醇、香叶醇、己酸环己酯、β-紫罗兰酮。 结论: 该方法结果准确,为山绿茶的质量标准制定及进一步开发利用该药材提供了科学依据。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil from different parts of the Ilex hainanensis and provide scientific basis for its quality control. Method: The volatile oil from the leaves,stem of I. hainanensis was obtained by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The relative content was determined by area normalization. Result: Twenty-four components were identified from the stem, in which accounting for 94.97% of total volatile oil. 33 components were identified from the leaves, in which accounting for 98.48% of total volatile oil. Stems and leaves contain volatile oil composition of compounds:furfural, (2E,4E)-hexadiene, (6Z)-2,6-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene,hexylacetate,dipentene,1-octanol,5-ethenyltetrahydro-.alpha,alpha-5-trimethyl-,cis-2-furanmethanol,terpinolen,inalool,alpha-terpineol,beta-cyclocitral,(Z)-geraniol,geraniol, cyclohexyl n-hexanoate,irisone. Conclusion: The results can be used as the quality standard and provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of I. hainanensis.
