    目的: 建立苍术中多糖的含量测定方法,比较不同來源的生苍术和麸炒苍术中多糖的含量,考察麸炒对苍术多糖含量的影响。 方法: 采用水回流提取,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量。 结果: 测定了从17个地区收集来的生苍术片和麸炒苍术片中多糖的含量,在0.004 08~0.012 24 mg·L-1葡萄糖浓度C与吸光度A线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为101.92%,RSD 2.58%。不同产地的生品苍术多糖含量在3.45%~24.6%,麸炒苍术多糖含量在3.34%~17.45%。 结论: 不同产地的苍术中多糖含量存在差异,苍术麸炒后多数样品中多糖的含量下降。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To establish a method for determining polysaccharides in Atractylodis rhizoma, then compare the content of polysaccharides in Atractylodis rhizoma before and after processing from different sources and to investigate the effects on the content of polysaccharides in Atractylodis rhizoma by stir-frying with wheat bran. Method: The samples were extracted with water; the phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to detect the polysaccharide content. Result: The content of polysaccharides in Atractylodis rhizoma from 17 sources was determined, the glucose concentration value C and absorbance A were linear in the range of 0.004 08-0.012 24 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 4), the average recovery was 101.92%, RSD 2.58%. The content of polysaccharides in Atractylodis rhizoma from various cultivation locations varied from 3.45%-24.6%, and 3.34%-17.45% in its processed product. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharides in Atractylodis rhizoma from different sources was different, the content of polysaccharides in Atractylodis rhizoma decreased after being processed.
