苍耳子中毒性成分总苍术苷的含量测定

Determination of Total Atractylosides from Xanthium sibiricum

摘要:

目的: 建立和完善苍耳子中总苍术苷的含量测定方法。 方法: 采用水提取苍耳子中总苍术苷,以羧基苍术苷为对照,通过UV测定总苍术苷含量。 结果: 羧基苍术苷在0~0.24 g·L^-1与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.998 2),平均回收率100.96%,RSD 3.57%。 结论: 建立的含量测定方法简单、成本低、重复性好。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish and perfect a method for determining the content of total atractylosides in Xanthium sibiricum. Method: Total atractylosides was extracted with water,the content of total atractylosides was determined by UV with carbxyatractyloside as a reference substance. Result: Absorbance and the concentration of carboxyl atractyloside showed good linear relationship in the range of 0-0.24 g·L^-1 (r=0.998 2),the average recovery was 100.99% with RSD 3.57%. Conclusion: This method was simple and affordable with good repeatability.
