Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Fengliaoxing Fengshi Dieda wine. Method: The chromatographic column was Yilite C18(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was acetonitril-0.1% phosphoric acid (0.1% triethameamine) (3: 97); the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1; the detecting wavelength was set at 205 nm, and the column temperature was kept at 30℃. Result: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.188-0.940 μg. The average recovery was 99.39% and RSD was 1.38% (n=6). Conclusion: The method established was accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Fengliaoxing Fengshi Dieda wine.
