抵当汤对慢性前列腺炎大鼠组织匀浆TNF-α,IL-6,IgG含量的影响

Effect of Didang Decoction on TNF-α and IL-6,IgG Levels of Tissue Homogenate in Chronic Prostatitis Rats

摘要:

目的: 探讨抵当汤对慢性前列腺炎大鼠的抗炎作用及调节免疫机制。 方法: 将50只大鼠随机分为假手术组(蒸馏水10 mL·kg^-1)、病理模型组(蒸馏水10 mL·kg^-1)、抵当汤高剂量组(16.2 g·kg^-1)、抵当汤低剂量组(8.1 g·kg^-1)、阳性对照组(前列康片 0.5 g·kg^-1)。在大鼠前列腺双侧背叶分别注入消痔灵注射液0.1 mL, 5周后形成慢性前列腺炎;假手术组于同样部位同样方法注入0.9%氯化钠注射液0.1 mL。各组大鼠于术后开始ig给药,假手术组及病理模型组ig蒸馏水,连续给药5周后,检测前列腺组织匀浆中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)。病理形态学观察前列腺组织腺体管腔、分泌物、间质炎细胞、纤维组织。 结果: 与病理模型组大鼠前列腺组织匀浆中TNF-α,IL-6 IgG(67.63±15.15),(56.43±23.75),(23.26±2.57)ng.L^-1比较,其他4组均较低,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);与阳性药物组大鼠前列腺组织匀浆中TNF-α,IgG(37.90±13.64),(19.08±2.47) ng·L^-1比较,抵当汤高剂量组大鼠TNF-α,IgG(23.88±8.18),(15.94±1.24) ng.L^-1含量较低,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);与抵当汤低剂量组大鼠前列腺组织匀浆中TNF-α(39.80±11.12),IgG(19.22±1.11) ng·L^-1含量比较,抵当汤高剂量组TNF-α,IgG含量较低,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论: 抵当汤降低了大鼠前列腺组织匀浆中TNF-α,IL-6,IgG含量,从而改善了免疫功能,抑制了炎症反应。

Abstract:

Objective: To study Didang decoction on effect of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6), immunoglobulin G(IgG) levels of tissue homogenate in chronic prostatitis rats. Method: Divide 50 rats into 5 groups,the black contrast group(distilled water 10 mL·kg^-1),model contrast group(distilled water 10 mL·kg^-1),Didang decoction high-dose(16.2 g·kg^-1) and low-dose(8.1 g·kg^-1) groups,Yang contrast group(Qian liekang 0.5 g·kg^-1).The black contrast group was injected with Nacl into prostates by 0.1 mL.The other groups were injected with Xiaozhiling into the prostates by 0.1 mL.All of the groups were injected the stomach with the medicines one time everyday at the same time when models had been made.Testing tissue homogenate TNF-α,IL-6,IgG after 5 weeks. Result: Comparying with the model contrast group, tissue homogenate TNF-α,IL-6,IgG(67.63±15.15),(56.43±23.75),(23.26±2.57)ng·L^-1, other 4 groups were significantly lower(P<0.05). Comparying with the Yang contrast group, tissue homogenate TNF-α,IgG(37.90±13.64), (19.08±2.47) ng·L^-1,Didang decoction high-dose group (23.88±8.18),(15.94±1.24) ng·L^-1,is significantly descreased (P<0.05).Comparying with Didang decoction low-dose group,tissue homogenate TNF-α,IgG(39.80±11.12),(19.22±1.11)ng·L^-1,Didang decoction high-dose group is significantly descreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Didang decoction can improve the immune function,inhibiting the inflammatory reaction.
