壮医调气畅龙内服方对超重、肥胖的疗效

Clinical Observation of Efficacy on Treatment of Tiaoqichanglong Decoction of Zhuang Medicine for Overweight and Obesity

摘要:

目的: 探讨壮医调气畅龙内服方对超重、肥胖的疗效。 方法: 将150例超重、肥胖患者随机分为两组,治疗组75例采用壮医调气畅龙内服方治疗,并与75例西药组作对照,观察总体疗效以及治疗前后肥胖指征、血脂的变化。 结果: 治疗组总有效率达92%,肥胖指征明显降低,其中臀围、体重降低较对照组更显著(P<0.01);血脂也明显降低,其中甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C )降低较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。 结论: 壮医调气畅龙内服方对超重、肥胖有较好疗效。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the efficacy of tiaoqichanglong decoction of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of overweight and obesity. Method: The treatment group was treated with the Tiaoqi Changlong decoction of Zhuang medicine.And the control group was given the routine Western medication. Result: The effective rate in treatment group was 92%, improving the obesity indications was better than control group. Conclusion: Tiaoqi Changlong decoction of Zhuang medicine has a good effect on overweight and obesity.
