摘要:

目的: 观察补肺颗粒治疗哮喘缓解期疗效。 方法: 收集哮喘缓解期患者43例,随机分为治疗组22例,对照组21例。治疗组给予补肺颗粒,对照组给予补肺颗粒模拟剂,疗程1个月,随访3月。观察哮喘症状积分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、肺通气功能指标、血嗜酸性粒细胞(FDS)计数等指标。采用IBM SPSS Statistics 19统计分析。 结果: 中医证候评分,治疗组下降明显,与对照组比较(P<0.01)具有显著统计学差异;患者ACT评分,治疗组升高明显(P<0.01)具有显著性差异,且能够降低外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数,与疗前相比较(P<0.05)具有统计学差异;改善呼气峰流速值(PEF),具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),并能减少发作次数。 结论: 补肺颗粒能够明显改善支气管哮喘患者缓解期症状,并改善肺功能,降低EOS水平,通过抑制气道炎症,而达到控制哮喘缓解期症状,减少发作的目的。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the Bufei granules in the treatment of asthma in remission stage effect. Method: Fourty-three cases of asthma patients in remission, were randomly divided into a treatment group (22 cases), 21 cases of the control group. The treatment group given Bufei particles, the control group was given Bufei particle simulation agent. Treatment for 1 month, followed up for 3 months.Observation: asthma symptoms integral, asthma control test (ACT) score, indices of pulmonary function, blood eosinophil count index. Using IBM SPSS Statistics 19 statistical analysis. Result: Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scoring, the treatment group decreased obviously, compared with the control group (P<0.01) has significant difference; patients with ACT score, the treatment group increased significantly, (P<0.01) has significant difference; and can reduce the peripheral blood eosinophil count, and before treatment is compared to P<0.05, have the difference of statistics; improved peak expiratory flow(PEF), with significant difference, (P<0.01); reduce attack frequency. Conclusion: Bufei granules can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage, and improve lung function, reduce the level of eosinophils(EOS), through the inhibition of airway inflammation, and to control the remission stage of bronchial asthma symptoms, reduce episodes of purpose.
