Abstract:Objective: To explore the Clinical treatment of adhesive ileus by Dachengqi Tang. Method: We analyzed 113 cases suffered from adhesive ileus. The 113 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Fifty-eight cases in treatment group had been given conventional therapy and Dachengqi Tang, and the other 55 cases in control group had been given conventional therapy. The total effective, exhaust time, defecation time, duration of stomach tube application, flow volume led by stomach tube, hospitalized duration and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective were 96.5% in the treatment group, and 76.4% in control group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the exhaust time (73.2±3.2), (123.7±2.9) h, defecation time (99.6±3.2), (143.2±2.0) h, duration of stomach tube application (104.3±3.3), (163.5±2.1) h, flow volume led by stomach tube (380.2±0.5), (640.6±0.9) mL, hospitalized duration (8.1±0.6), (12.3±0.8) d, the incidence of adverse reaction (1.7%, 10.9%) between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). Concolusion: Combine treatment of traditional Chinese with western medicine for adhesion ileus shows better curative effect compared with that of pure western medicine treatment group. It is safe and promising clinically.
