生脉注射液治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效评价——12个相关研究的Meta分析

Effectiveness of Shengmai Injection for Ischemic Stroke——a Meta-Analysis for 12 Relative Studies

摘要:

目的: 综合定量分析生脉注射液治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。 方法: 收集生脉注射液治疗缺血性中风的随机、对照临床试验文献,按Meta分析要求对原始文献进行质量评估,对符合条件的所有研究结果进行Meta分析,计算治疗组与对照组的相对危险度(relative risk, RR),评价生脉注射液治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。 结果: 符合纳入标准的文献共12篇,总样本量960例,其中生脉组493例,有效444例,对照组467例,有效351例,合并RR=1.20,95%可信区间为(1.13,1.27)。 结论: 生脉注射液治疗缺血性中风,可改善患者神经功能缺损,疗效优于未使用生脉注射液组。

Abstract:

Objective: To conduct a review to explore the efficacy of the Shengmai injection in treating ischemic stroke. Method: Search all randomized controlled trails (RCTs) that can be found with regard to the effectiveness of the Shengmai injection for ischemic stroke. Evaluate strictly all the studies that have been searched and adopt the studies that can be analyzed by means of Meta-analysis. Calculate the relative risk (RR) for effective rate of the Shengmai injection for ischemic stroke. Result: Totally 12 RCTs including 960 cases were analyzed. The cumulative cases in using the Shengmai Injection for Ischemic stroke group were 493,in which 444 cases were effective,while in the group treat without shengmai injection was 467 and 351 respectively. The pooled RR was 1.20, with a 95%confidence interval (1.13, 1.27). Conclusion: This review showed that the Shengmai injection is effective for ischemic stroke.
