中药复方治疗肠易激综合征的实验研究进展

Advances of Experimental Research on Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

摘要:

对四类常用肠易激综合征(IBS)动物模型的制备原理、模拟人类IBS的病生理特点进行了介绍;对近年来研究较多的中药复方包括痛泻要方、宁肠汤、黄术灌肠液、加味二至煎、胃肠安丸对IBS的作用机制进行综述,并对目前研究存在的问题即目前IBS动物模型的局限性及缺乏复方治疗的物质基础研究提出了自己的见解。针对IBS西医尚缺乏有效的药物治疗,主要采取综合对症处理,虽有疗效,但停药后易反复、长期使用副作用明显及费用高,而祖国医学则在中医的整体观指导下,辨证论治,发挥整体调节优势,在IBS治疗方面取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a prevalent and common abnormal gastrointestinal (GI) tract movement illness. IBS is characterized by a multiple symptom complex of abdominal pain, bloating, and sometimes bouts of diarrhea and/or constipation.IBS can be recurrent imposes a substantial economic burden in direct medical costs and in indirect social costs. There is no cure for IBS in Western medicine. Although current IBS therapies are somewhat useful for some patients in relieving single IBS symptoms, patients generally are dissatisfied with their overall efficacy and tolerability. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can provide an alternative treatment for irritable bowel syndrome and many kinds of formulas were proved to be effective in treating IBS in recent years. The present article reviewed the mechanisms of these formulas.
