HPLC测定密蒙花配方颗粒中蒙花苷含量

Determination of Buddleoside in Buddlejae Flos Formula Granules by HPLC

摘要:

目的: 建立密蒙花配方颗粒中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法: 采用Inertsil ODS3 C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸(55:45),流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温20℃,检测波长327 nm,进样量10 μL。结果: 蒙花苷进样量在0.104 8~1.048 μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率102.2%(RSD 1.9%)。结论: 该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性良好,可作为密蒙花配方颗粒中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish a method for determining buddleoside in Buddlejae Flos formula granules. Method: Buddleoside was separated on Inertsil ODS₃C₁₈ column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(55:45) as mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,column temperature was at 20℃,detection wavelength was 327 nm,injection volume was 10 μL. Result: Buddleoside had good linear relationship within the range of 0.104 8-1.048 μg with r=0.999 6,the average recovery was 102.2% with RSD 1.9%. Conclusion: This method was simple,accurate and reproducible,it could be used to determine the content of buddleoside in Buddlejae Flos formula granules.
