    摘要:

    目的: 建立不同产地、不同采收期前胡药材中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素的HPLC含量测定方法,为其药材的质量评价和资源合理利用提供科学依据。方法: Diamonsil C18色谱柱(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为321nm,以白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素为对照品。结果: 白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素质量浓度在0.5~40 mg·L-1线性关系良好,相关系数为1,平均回收率为102.15%,RSD 0.82%。结论: 不同产地、不同采收期前胡药材中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素存在一定差异。江西产前胡药材质量好,江西产栽培品与野生品的内在成分相近,质优。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Peucedani Radix in different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B, to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and the reasonable utilization of resources. Method: The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 (2) (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μ m), mobile phase of methanol-water (75:25), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃, the detection wavelength was 321 nm,and Pd-Ia,Pd-Ib were used as the control. Result: The praeruptorin A and B have a good linear relationship between the concentration of 0.5-40 mg·L-1, there are some differences between different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B in Peucedani Radix. The coefficient of correlation for the regression equation were 1. Conclusion: The quality of Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province was excellent, the quality was almost the same for wild and cultivated Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province.
