大黄类经方延缓慢性肾脏病进展

Mechanism of Classical Prescriptions of Rhubarb Delaying Progression of Chronic Kidney Disease

摘要:

对大黄类经方延缓慢性肾脏病（CKD）进展的机制进行了总结。通过对国内外文献的整理发现治疗CKD的大黄类经方包括：大黄附子汤、大黄甘草汤、大黄 庶 虫 虫丸和温脾汤等。针对CKD的发病机制，从西医和中医两个角度进行了总结；并分别从临床疗效和药理机制两个方面入手，归纳了各个经方治疗CKD的研究进展；以及对这些经方的主要组成药物——大黄的研究进展进行了概述，在大黄类经方治疗CKD的药理机制研究方面，今后可以从经方的主要组成药物的关键组分入手，进行体内、外的机制研究，以期从更深层次、更全面地阐明大黄类经方治疗CKD的相关机制；在临床试验研究方面，应加以双盲、随机、对照为原则的大样本临床试验，选择严密的阳性药物对照，对病人进行病候的辨证，使中医药治疗CKD的临床试验研究更为规范、可靠、全面。为大黄类经方在CKD的临床试验研究和药理机制研究提供了文献梳理和理论指导。

Abstract:

This paper summarized the research progress of rhubarb and its classical prescriptions in treating chronic kidney disease(CKD). These prescriptions include Dahuangfuzi dcoction, Dahuanggancao dcoction, Dahuangzhechong pill and Wenpi dcoction. The pathogenesis of CKD was introduced from the aspects of Western medicine and Chinese medcine. Moreover, the prescriptions in treating CKD were summarized from the aspects of clinical effect and pharmacological mechanism. In addition, the mechanisms of rhubarb, as the main component of these prescriptions, were elaborated. This article supplies reference arrangement and theoretical guidance for clinical and experimental researches.
