针刺结合中药热敷治疗急性腰扭伤

Clinical Observation of Treatment on Acute Lumbar Sprain Using Acupuncture and Herbal Fomentation

摘要:

目的: 观察针刺结合中药热敷治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效. 方法: 依据严格的纳入与排除标准选择病例66例,随机分为治疗组与对照组.治疗组采用针刺后溪穴、合谷穴、威灵穴和精灵穴,留针期间配合中药热敷治疗,对照组采取口服西药布洛芬缓释胶囊,麝香解痛膏外敷治疗. 结果: 治疗组治愈29例,占87.88%;好转3例,占9.09%;总有效率96.97%.对照组治愈21例,占63.64%;好转3例,占9.09%;总有效率72.73%.从治疗结果看,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05). 结论: 针刺结合中药热敷治疗急性腰扭伤效果明显、疗程短、副作用少,操作简单,方便推广.

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the effect of the treatment on acute lumbar sprain using acupuncture and herbal fomentation. Method: Sixty-six patients were selected according to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (33 cases), and control group (33 cases). The patients in the treatment group received acupuncture Houxi, Hegu, Weiling and Jingling treatment,and added herbal fomentation during the needle retaining time. The patients in the control group received oral medicine ibuprofen,shexiang Jietong cream external treatment. Result: The total efficiency is 96.97% in the treatment group, of which 29 cases were cured (accounting for 87.88%), and 3 showed some improvement, (accounting for 9.09%). The total efficiency is 72.73% in the control group, of which 21 cases were cured (accounting for 63.64%), and 3 showed some improvement (accounting for 9.09%). The results in the treatment group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation has obvious effect on acute lumbar sprain heat.
