养阴舒肝胶囊对POI患者卵巢功能的影响及机制探讨

Effect of Yangyin Shugan Capsule on Ovarian Function in Patients with Primary Ovarian Insufficiency

目的：探讨养阴舒肝胶囊对于卵巢功能不全患者卵巢功能的影响，并探讨其机制。方法：将60例卵巢功能不全（primary ovarian insufficiency，POI）患者随机分为治疗组（养阴舒肝胶囊组）与对照组（安慰剂组），各30例，治疗组予养阴舒肝胶囊，4粒，3次/d，对照组予安慰剂胶囊，4粒，3次/d，两组疗程均为12周，于治疗结束时比较两组基础性激素水平、窦卵泡数及卵巢血流情况。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组患者基础促卵泡刺激素（basal follicle-stimulating hormone，bFSH），基础促黄体生成素（basal luteinizing hormone，bLH）水平明显降低，养阴舒肝胶囊对改善bFSH，bLH效果明显（P<0.05）；治疗组窦卵泡数数目及卵巢血流情况均较对照组明显改善（P<0.05）。结论：养阴舒肝胶囊通过调节患者基础性激素水平，可有效帮助卵泡发育，增加基础卵泡的数目及卵泡池的范围，并通过提高卵巢的血流供应，帮助改善卵巢功能，疗效显著。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effects of Yangyin Shugan capsule on ovarian function in patients with primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), and explore its mechanism of action. Method: In this randomized, double-blind trial, 60 patients with POI were recruited and randomly divided into treatment group (Yangyin Shugan capsule, 4 capsules/time, po, tid) and control group (placebo therapy, 4 capsules/time, po, tid), 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the sex hormone levels (FSH, LH), antral follicle count and ovarian blood were compared between the two groups. Result: As compared with control group, the levels of basal follicle-stimulating hormone (bFSH) and basal luteinizing hormone (bLH) were significantly lower in treatment group, so it was believed that Yangyin Shugan capsule had better effect on improving bFSH, bLH levels (P<0.05); the antral follicle count and ovarian blood flow were significantly improved in treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangyin Shugan capsule can effectively regulate the basal sex hormone levels, increase the basal antral follicle counts and improve blood flow to improve the ovarian function in patients with POI, with obvious clinical efficacy.
