    【摘要】目的 采用HPLC研究广西不同产地毛果算盘子的指纹图谱。方法 采用Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(B)-0.2%磷酸(A),梯度洗脱0~7min,10%B;7~15min, 10%B→22%B;15~20min,22%B→30%B;20~30min,30%B→40%B;30~45min,40%B。检测波长270nm,柱温20℃,流速1.0mL?min-1,分析时间45min。分析了10批毛果算盘子药材的HPLC指纹图谱。应用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)计算相似度。结果 建立了广西产毛果算盘子的指纹图谱,且相似度较好,根据相似度分析确定了9个构成毛果算盘子药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论 所建方法简单、稳定、重复性好,可用于毛果算盘子药材的质量控制。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of Glochidion eriocarpumChamp by HPLC. METHODS The fingerprint was investigated using HypersilC18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of Methanol and 0.2% Phosphoric acid, gradient elution 0~7min (10%B), 7~15min (10%B→22%B), 15~20min(22%B→30%B), 20~30min(30%B→40%B), 30~45min(40%B). The detection wavelength was 270 nm, column temperature was 30℃, The flow rate was 1mL?min-1. The fingerprints of 10 batches of Glochidion eriocarpumChamp were analyzed in 45 min. The similarity was analyzed by similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004 A). RESULTS The HPLC fingerprint of Guangxi Glochidion eriocarpumChamp was obtained. The similarity was good. CONCLUSION The method was simple, reproducible and can be used in quality control for Glochidion eriocarpumChamp.
