Abstract:The components in fraction A of Guizhitang which contained five herbal medicines,i.e.ramulus cinnamomi,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma zingiberis recens and fructus jujubae,were assigned by comparison of corresponding part of each herbs with HPLC-MS method.From the ionic fragments of MS and the retained time of each peaks in HPLC,the main component of fraction A were assigned.

Abstract:The technical parameters of PNS's purification with macroporous resin were studied by monitoring the eluted ratio and purity of PNS.Over 80% of PNS was eluted from macroporous resin.The purity of PNS was up to 71.1% in the dried part of 50% ethanolic elution.This technique was a good method to purify PNS.

Abstract:The qualitative analysis of Renshenbaidu capsule were used by identification of radix angelicae pubescentis,rhizoma et radix notopterygii,radix ginseng and fructus aurantii with TLC methods.The quantitative control were used by determining the content of angeloyloxy-columbianetin,a component from Angelica pubescens f.biserrata,as a marker component,of the capsule with HPLC method.The linear correlation (r=0.9994)and recovery(102.4%) showed this method is suitable to control the quality.

Abstract:The factors effecting the physical property of cataplasm were investigated by means of the homogeneity,layer residue,flexibility and adhesive ability of the plaster as comprehensive consideration,and adhesive force(180°) while exfoliated as the quantitative marker.The main factors,stirring time,refining temperature,and adding order of matrixs were studied by orthogonal design tests.The optimized procedures were stirring for 20~40minute,plaster at 50℃,and after mixing the excipients and filling material,then adding the bonds.

Abstract:The effect of oxygen stress on myocardial mitochondria of rat and the protective effect of Yi-Xin-Kang capsule(H303)-containing serum on oxygen stress-induced injury by incubating myocardial mitochondria with hydroxy free radical generating system (Fe2+/H2O2) for 30 min,were observed.Result shows Fe2+/H2O3 induced obvious injury of mitochondria concentration-dependently.It was also found that mitochondria were significantly occurred with lipid peroxidation and swelled,the ultrastructures of mitochondria were changed and the content of GSH was markedly reduced.H303-containing serum showed significant protective effects on mitochondria injury induced by oxygen stress,and antagonized mitochondria lipid peroxidation and the decrease of endogenous GSH.The ultrastuctures of mitochondria and their swelling degree were also improved.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to discuss the anti-inflammation mechanism of GeGen Decoction (GGD).The results showed GGD could significantly inhibit the activity of IL-1 β/TNF-α and decrease the level of PGE2 in the joint of Adjuvant Arthritis rats by giving GGD (8.2g/kg,16.4g/kg,ig) for three days before modeling till 21 days.It indicates GGD can inhibit the activity of cytokines in the inflammatory area and decrease the level of inflammatory media,which may be one of its anti-inflammation mechanisms of GGD.

Abstract:In order to observe Huang Lian Jie Du Decoction (HLJDD)'s anti-inflammation mechanism and the best time to collect its herbage-containing serum from rats,human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) cultured in vitro and protein staining was used to study the effect of serum on neutrophil-endothelial cell adhesion by treated with HUVEC for 4h、12h、24h,the serum was collected on 0.5h 1.0h 1.5h 2.0h 2.5h after treating with HLJDD (one dose once a day while another dose twice a day for three days).The results showed that the herbage-containing serum could decrease the cell adhesion in some degree with time-effect relationship.Compared to the control group,the best time to collect its serum was 1.5h around by dosed twice a day for three days.The HLJDD herbage-containing serum could decrease the neutrophil-endothelial cell adhesion,and inhibit neutrophil transuding from vessel,which might be one of HLJDD's anti-inflammation mechanisms.

Abstract:The effect of Shengfukang(SFK)was observed by determining the content of urine protein,serum total protein,serum album(A),serum globulin(G),A/G,serum cholesterol,serum creatinine,serum urinary nitrogen.To explore the mechanisms of SFK in treating experimental PHN in rats,the content of LPO and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and kidney tissue were determined.The results showed that SFK could remarkably eliminate urine protein,while the content of serum total protein,serum album,serum globulin and A/G were increased,And SFK could decreased the content of serum cholesterol,serum creatinine and serum urinary nitrogen.The results also showed that SFK could decrease the content of LPO in kidney and serum,while the activity of SOD and GSH-Px was increased in PHN model rats.

Abstract:To observate the clinical effect of Fufangshuizhijing Capsule treating restenosis after Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, the results showed significant change of TG Level and LDL-C level with Fufangshuizhijing capsule orally, but no significant change for total cholesterol level. The capsule is also better for improving HRV and heart function, especially, left ventricular ejection fraction and coronary vessels disease.
