Abstract:The purification conditions by absorption resins were optimized by content determination of saikosaponin A,paeoniforin,hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid.S type synthetic absorption resin was selected.The optimal purification conditions were:specific input sample amount(ratio of weight of medical raw material to volume of resin,W/V)was one,ltime of water to elute the resin and collecting 4 times of 70% ethanol(V/W) as elution solvent.The yield and contents of paeoniforin and hesperidin of dried extract,purified by the absorption resin used repeatedly for 40 times,was not decreased compared with the new resin.

Abstract:Objective:To determine the contents of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Qingshenjianfei Tablets by RP-HPLC.Methods:column in this methods Zorbax C18∶mobile phase:methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(80∶20);detection wavelenght:254nm.Results:Recovery and RSD of Emodin and chrysophanol were 95.8%,1.86%;95.7% and 1.93%(n=5)respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple and quick,reproducible,and can be used for the quantitative analysis.

Abstract:Polysaccharides of radix Achyranthes bidentata were determined by UV spectrophotometric method with phenol-sulfuric acid as coloring reagent.The polysaccharide contents in eight drug material samples,collected from different producing places,were determined.

Abstract:Objective:a method for the quality control of Zhixueling capsule was modified and improved.Method:Radix sanguisorbae,Heaba taraxaci were identified by TLC.A method of thin layer densitometry to determine astragalin-A,the main effective component from Radix astragali in the capsule,was developed.Result:The studies on the quality control showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct.The quantification method had the linear range of 0.6~3.6μg.The average recovery was 102.68% and its RSD was 3.2%.Conclusion:The quality standard of the capsule was modified and improved.The methods for identification and quantification were simple,reproducible and realizable.

Abstract:Objective:To determining the contents of menthol in compound camphor spirit.Method:Determining the degree of polary of compound camphor spirit by polarimetric method and calculating the contents of menthol.Results:The recovery was 97.59% (RSD=1.06%),the linear range was 2.4~38.4mg/ml.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.

Abstract:To observe the effect of Compound 861-contained(Cpd 861) serum on CoL-Ⅰ、CoL-Ⅲ mRNA expression of HSC-T6 cells in vitro,HSC-T6 cells were exposed in different doses of Cpd 861-contained serum (0.5,1.0,2.0,6.0g/kg) for 48 hours.CoL-Ⅰ、CoL-Ⅲ mRNA levels were measured by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).CoL-Ⅰ、CoL-Ⅲ mRNA levels of HSC-T6 cells at different doses of Cpd861-contained serum were lower than those of normal control.Cpd 861-contained serum can decrease CoL-Ⅰ and CoL-Ⅲ mRNA expression of HSC-T6 cells.

Abstract:To studying the influence of Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving Granules on the anticoagulation and fabrinolysis by cultivating endotheliocyte of human umbilical vein,obersevation of Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip to the anticoagulation,and fabrinolysis and anti-injury of free radical of cultivating endotheliocyte of human umbilical vein by using the method of serology pharmacology. Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip could obviously increase the content of (6-keto-PGF1α);It could promote the activity of t-PA and inhibit the activity of PAI;It could promote the activity of SOD and decrees the content of MDA;Yin-nourishing recipe could decrease the content of ET and increase the content of NO. The function of the anticoagulation,fabrinolysis and anti-injury of free radical by Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip was much superior than Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip,with blood-moving recip.

Abstract:To study the effects of the BuShenYiZiFang-contained serum (BSYZF) and its subgroups on the differentiation and growth of NG108-15 cells injured with Aβ25-35,and to investigate compatible effects of BSYZF.BSYZF was divided into three subgroups:BUSHEN group,YIQIYAANGXUE group,QUBINGPIAN group (BUSHEN plus YIQYANGXUE,i.e.deleted borneol BSYXF).Four groups (BSYXF and its three subgroups) serum containing correspondent drugs were collected from rats,respectively,and used to culture cells.NG108-15 cells were cultured with Aβ25-35 for establishing cell model of Alzheimer's disease (AD).The cell morphology,cell viability and proliferation,and neurite outgrowth were observed.The results showed that all the herbage-contained serum could protect NG108-15 cells from Aβ25-35 neurotoxicity and the QUBINGPIAN was likely to have the best protective effect.The protective effects of the four groups were in the order:QUBINGPIAN>BSYZF>BUSHEN>YIQAIYANGXUE.

Abstract:To study the mechanism of Kaiyu Qingwei Granules in reducing blood sugar in STZ diabetes rats,blood sugar in STZ diabetes rats was determinated by one-touch Ⅱblood sugar instrument.The level variations of insulin,glucagons,cortisol,motilin,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and the absorb function in small intestine were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and dextroxylosetest,respectively.Results showed Kaiyu Qingeci Granules could reduce the level of blood sugar and cortisol in STZ diabetic rats,and increase the level of IGF-1 and motilin.It did not obvious effect on body weight,insulin,glucagons and the function of glucose absorb in small intestine.

Abstract:In experimental study,the MID models were established with male Sistar rats induced by injecting paraffin liquid in left ventricle.The Step-through-water-maze test showed significant deficient of learn and memory function in model group.The results showed significant improvement of the MID model rats' ability of learn and memory,the SOD level of blood,cerebral issues and the index of Hemarrheology and MFU(P<0.05),but decrease of the MAD level of blood and cerebral issues in Kangnaoling Capsule group.

Abstract:Freeze-dred powder of Wu-Hu-Tang markedly prolonged the latent period of cough induced by sulfur dioxide in mice,prolonged the latent period of cough and decreased the cough frequency induced by citric acid in guinea pigs,increased the secretion of phenol red from the airway and subairway in-mice,significantly prolonged the latent period of asthmatic attack by mixture of histamine-acetylcholine in guinea pigs.These results indicated the Wu-Hu-Tang had antitussive、antiasthmatic and phlegm-idissiped action.

Abstract:It was introduced for new progression of chemical component and pgarmacological studies on main chemical fractions of Radix Bupleuri in recent ten years.Saikosaponin k,l,m,n,q,t,were discovered lately.Through the pharmacological studies on main chemical fractions,saikosaponin could inhibite the activity of trypsin,regulate immunity,and treat nephrosis and insomnia.The mechanisms of these actions were studied.Through farther separated studies of polysaccharide of Radix Bupleuri,the possible active fractions were brought forward.It provides the background for the new drug study of gastric mucosa protection and immunoloregulation.New prospect was showed for the application of Radix bupleuri because of double action to adenylate cyclase (AC) of the extracts of Radix Bupleuri.

Abstract:It is the tendency of developing Chinese medicine to investigate the pharmacokinetics for traditional Chinese medicine agent (simplex or compound).It is necessary to regulate traditional Chinese medicine agent with scientific method and relatively quantitative marker;the results of pharmacokinetics investigation will be as some rules to judge the new drug of the traditional Chinese medicine.
