      Abstract:Objective:To estabilish a quality control for Xiangruzhixie Capsule.Method:TLC and HPLC were used.Result:The average recovery of carvacrol and thymol were 97.49%(RSD=1.78) and 99.16%(RSD=2.05) respectively.Conclusion:the method is accurate and reliable,it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.

      Abstract:Objective:To compare the content of Paeoniflorin in Decoction Containing Four Drugs with Persicae and Carthami by different solvents-water and ethanol.Methods:We measured the content of Paeoniflorin in single drug Radix Paeoniae Rubra and group-drug decoctions by HPLC.Results:The content of Paeoniflorin in group-drug decoctions is higher than that in single drug Radix Paeoniae Rubra (P<0.01).In group-drug decoctions,the content of Paeoniflorin with ethanol solvent is higher than that with water solvent(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in single drug Radix Paeoniae Rubra between water and ethanol solvent(P>0.05).Conclusion:Different solvent has significant effect on soluble substances extracted from group-drug decoctions.

      Abstract:目的:建立山楂药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:SymmetryShieldWaters?RP18柱,乙腈-0.5%醋酸水液梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长355nm,柱温40℃。结果与讨论:建立了山楂药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为不同植物来源山楂药材的鉴别提供了依据。

      Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a TLCS method for determination of Rutin in Flos sophorae.METHOD:A TLCS method was used.The developer was ethyl accetate-butanone-butanol-formic acid-water(10:6:1:2:2)and the determination wavelength was 360nm.RESULTS:The regression equation was Y=0.3422+2.1917×10-4x.(r=0.9997).the average recovery was 98.55%,RSD=1.39%(n=5)。CONCLUSION:This method is simple and sensitive with good repeatability.

      Abstract:Objective:To explore the role of t-pA、PAI-1 in inflammatory Metrorrhagia and the influence of two kinds of active components on them.Methods:Eleven normal menorrhea adult Rhesus monkeys are choosed as research object,which are divided into four-model groups,four TCM group and three Control group at random.The hybridization in situ was performed to estimate the express of PAl-lmRNA in the endometrium of model group,TCM group and normal control group,while spectrophotometric assay was performed to estimate the t-pA activity in three groups.Result:The PAl-lmRNA expression in endometrum of TCM group Was higher than that of model group(P<0.05),and was of no difference with normal group.The t-pA activity in endometrum of TCM group was significantly decreased than that of model group,and was of no difference with normal group.Conclusion:The increase of t-pA activity may have relation to inflammatory Metrorrhagia,and two kinds of active components from Panax notoginseng reduce inflammatory Metrorrhagia by regulating balance of t-pA and PAl-1.

      Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of stress and gonadectomy on the mice.Methods:The effect of stress and gonadectomy on sleep in mice,survival time under oxygen lack,climbing time on the string and the freedom action was investigated firstly.Results:The stress and gonadectomy could result in sleep impairment,survival time under oxygen lack and time on the string lowering,the freedom action increase.The effect of stress and gonadectomy on mice was stronger than that of just stress or that of just gonadectomy.This study also indicated TCM complex Ⅰ could alleviated the effect of stress and gonadectomy on the mice.Conclusion:The stress and gonadectomy could result in change activity.

    • Effect of Decoction of Rehmanniae on the Expression of Apoptosis of Hippocampal Neurons Model of Alzeimer Disease

      Abstract:Objective:To investigate effects on the expression of apoptosis gene bcl-2、bax and caspase-3 of Decoction of Rehmanniae on cultured hippocampal neurons injury induced by β-amyloid25~35 protein(A β25~35).Methods:Cultured hippocampal neurons were divided into 6 groups by using the cerebrospinal fluid with Traditional Chinese medicine normal group、model group、vitamin E group、Low dose of TCM group、moderate dose of TCM group and high dose of TCM group.Six group were respectively added to normal cultured fluid、normal cerebrospinal fluid、VitE cerebrospinal fluid、low dose of TCM cerebrospinal fluid、moderate and high dose of cerebrospinal fluid,hatched 2 hours.The normal group was added to the same dose of cultured fluid and other groups was added to A β25~35dealed with aging(the final concentration is 10μmol/L).and then six groups were hatched 24 hours together. At last neurous were digested by trypsin,centrifuged,collected and then distilled the total RNA.The expression of bcl-2、bax and caspase-3 by using the methods of RT-PCR and agarose gelelectrophoresis were measured. Results:The group of Decoction of Rehmanniae cerebrospinal fluid can dose dependedly enhance the expression of bcl-2 gene,reduce the expression of bax and caspase-3 gene injured hippocampal neurons.It showed that Decoction of Rehmanniae cerebrospinal fluid had the inhibitory effects on apoptosis of cultured Hippocampal neurons injury induced by A β25~25.The mechanism may associate that Decoction of Rehmanniae enchanced the ratio of bcl-2/bax.restrained mitochondrial from releasing cytochrome c,controlled the activation of caspase-3.

    • Inhibitory Effect of Sorbaria Sorbifolia Extract on DEN-induced Precancerous Hepatic in Rats

      Abstract:Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Sorbaria Sorbifolia extract on diethylnitrosamine (DEN) induced precancerous hepatic in rats.Methods:Sorbaria Sorbifolia was administrated ig. to rats with DEN-induced precarcinogenesis,Then using the immunohistochemical S-P method,the p53 and bcl-2 proteins were detected.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),and the concentrations of malondialdehyde(MDA) were investigated by colorimetric method.Results:Sorbaria Sorbifolia significantly decreased the expression of GST-P,and increased the SOD,GSH-Px and decreased MDA level in serum,liver cell homogenate and liver cell mitochondria.Conclusion:Sorbaria Sorbifolia extract has inhibitory effect on DEN-induced precancerous hepatic in rats.

    • Effects of Fufangdanshenfang on Platelet Adhesion,Aggregation and TXB2、6-Keto-PGF in Blood Stasis Syndromes Model Rats

      Abstract:Ojbect:To study the effects of Fufangdanshenfang on Platelet Adhesion,Aggregation and TXB2、6-Keto-PGF in Blood Stasis Syndromes Model Rats.Methods:The rat blood stasis syndromes model was caused by subcutaneous injection of Adr and ice-bathing.We studied the effects of Fufangdanshenfang on platelet aggregation,adhesion,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF in blood stasis syndromes model rats.Results:The results indicated that compared with normal rats,the platelet aggregation and platelet adhesion were markedly increased.Fufangdancanfang was antagonized the increase of platelet adhesion and ADP-induced platelet aggregation in model rats.Fufangdancanfang markedly increased the level of TXB2、6-Keto-PGF in plasma and the content of abdominal aorta tissue 6-Keto-PGF in model rats,but had little effect on the proportion of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF.Conclusion:The results suggested that rat blood stasis syndromes model of Adr was caused successfully,and we inferred that the effects on the platelet aggregation and platelet adhesion might not be connected with the system TXB2-PGI2.Fufangdancanfang was antagonized the increase of platelet adhesion and ADP-induced platelet aggregation in model rats.

    • The Immunoregulatory Effects and Mechanism of Xiao Fengsan Granules

      Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of Xiao Fengsan Granules(XFG) on delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH). Methods:In mice DTH induced by 2,4-dinitroflurobenzene(DNFB),the effects of XFG on ear swelling,spleen index and thymus index were observed,and the splenocytes proliferation induced by Concanavalin A(Con A) or lipoly-saccharide(LPS) were determined; Meanwhile, the cytokines including interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-4(IL-4) production by tissue of dermatitis were measured. Results:XFG counld inhibit the ear swelling, thymus index, splenn index and the enhanced splenocytes proliferation in DTH mice. XFG could also inhibit the activity of IL-1,IL-2 and IL-4 in tissue of dermatitis. Conclusions: The mechanism by which XFG regulated the immune function might via its regulatory effects on T, B lymphocytes and its inhibitory effects on cytokines production.

    • Experimental Study of the Effect of Components of Three Traditional Chinese Medcines on Airway Allegic Inflammation in Guinea Pigs with Bronchial Asthma

      Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of ginkgolide,baiclin and linguitrazin on airway allergic inflammation in Guinea pigs with asthma.Methods:Eosinophil cells count in blood and bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF),as well as total cells count in BALF were measured by traditional methods.Eosinophil cation protein (ECP) level in blood and BALF was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:Treatments with ginkgolide,baicalin and linguitrazin could significantly inhibit blood eosinophil gathering in asthma animals comparing with the untreated animals.Baicalin and linguitrazin also reduced eosinophil and total cells count in BALF,while ginkgolide only could inhibit the total cells count.All components of TCM concerned had no protection effect on asthma attack.No difference was shown on ECP levels among all groups.Conclusion:Ginkgolide,baicalin and linguitrazin could inhibit the AAI of asthma animals by reducing eosinophol gathering in blood and BALF.There was no protection effect found suggested that the compound of such components might be effective in treating and preventing asthma attack.

      Abstract:This article reviews the studies of the anti-tumour actions of alkaloids in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen). Recently, it has been demonstrated that matrine in Kushen does not only have inhibitory actions on tumour proliferation and transfer, but can also induce apoptosis in tumour cells. In general, many studies suggest that matrine may have unique mechanism in combating tumour growth which may become a useful treatment for tumours.

    • Clinical Observation of "Kangmian Capsule" in Treating Immunity Infertility Caused by Antisperm Antibody

      Abstract:Object:To observe the effect of “Kangmian Capsule” in treating immunity infertility caused by AsAb (antisperm antibody). Method:After randomly divided,test group was treated with “Kangmian Capsule”,and control group was treated with prednisone. The course of treatment was for 1 to 3 months. After treatment, the differences of pregnancy ratio, body temperature, AsAb reversing ratio and other items between each group were tested. Results:AsAb reversing ratio was 62.5% in test group, while it was 40% in control group. Pregnancy rate was 26.6% in test group, while 17.7% in control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: “Kangmian Capsule” came into effect better and sooner to cure immunity infertility.
